How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
You'll be responsible for paying return shipping costs if the product is not defective. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
1. Please email [email protected] to request a return. Make sure you include a reason for the return. We will send you a return confirmation, a shipping label and a total refund amount.
2. Include the original receipt in your return package.
All electric fireplaces and grills are subject to a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund. These items are very large and may require commercial freight shipping.
If your item is in its original unused condition, you may exchange your item. Please follow the steps provided above.
There is no time limit on exchanges of equal or greater value.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then process the refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Final sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift code will be e-mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
