30 Day Return

We provide a lot of different products on our website. Some are available for a 30 day return and some like custom blinds, shades and shutters have a few more options.  Please read below for our return policies and reach out to us with any questions. Thank you so much for shopping at!

Returns and Exchanges - All Products Other than Custom Made Blinds, Shades and Shutters

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within the first 30 days after delivery. All we ask is that the order be returned to us in its original packaging and condition with all included accessories and materials. To obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA), please contact us at one of the methods here. Provide us with the order number, what you'd like to return or exchange and the reason why. We'll be in touch shortly with an RMA and a shipping label.  

Once the product is received, we'll immediately ship the exchange or we'll refund your credit card within 14 days.  Original shipping costs are not refunded if you're not exchanging or the product is in good working condition.

If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise, contact us within 48 hours and provide a photo of the defect.  We will cover the shipping costs to return the product and provide you with an exchange or full refund.  

Returns and Exchanges - Custom Blinds, Shades and Shutters

Blinds, shades and shutters custom made for your home enhance your home's beauty.

Our window coverings are customized to fit your windows and your style perfectly. We guarantee we'll provide you with a quality product that's made correctly and fits your window beautifully.

When you submit your order, you must provide accurate information and measurements. The best way to ensure this is to follow our step-by-step instructions for each product you order and by viewing our deduction chart for inside measurements located here.

You should also order free samples before ordering further ensuring your satisfaction and vision before ordering.

In the unlikely event that there's a problem, we offer several solutions. If there is a defect in material or workmanship or we made the wrong size, we will exchange or repair your window coverings at no cost to you for up to 90 days. We will pay the shipping for you to send the product back, and we'll cover the shipping to get the replacement or repaired products back to you. To be eligible for this option, you must be exchanging or repairing the same product in the same size that you're returning. There is no limit on this option.

If you want to return your custom blind, shade or shutter because the measurements you submitted are incorect or for any other reason, there are a couple of things we can do. Because these are custom-made products, we cannot offer a refund unless the product is defective. If the window covering is too wide for your window, some materials allow for us to cut them to your corrected measurement. We charge $20 per blind or shade, and you'll be responsible for the shipping cost back to the manufacturing facility in Miami.

The other option, if you want to return your order for any other reason within 90 days of your order, you can place a new order for up to 5 blinds or shades per customer at a 25% discount off the current price (no other discounts apply) and add a $10 shipping fee per blind, shade or shtuter. You will be responsible for paying return shipping fees to the manufacturing facility in Miami.

Free Samples

One way to avoid returning your product is to first order free samples. Sometimes colors don't translate perfectly on your computer screen, so free samples are one great way to check the color before you make your final purchase. Get your order right the first time with free samples.

How to Avoid Measuring Errors

Many returns result from mis-measurement. Those can be avoided by following our measuring steps here - the key is taking the three measurements as shown and rounding down to the nearest eighth for width and down to the nearest eighth for the height.
